Thursday at 5:00 I woke up to get ready to drive, yes, on the road! 6:10 comes and off we go to pick up Katie on are way to Ridgecrest Elementary because that is where were going to meet our driving instructor who also happens to be my Drivers Ed teacher during school I got lucky! We arrived at the elementary school and behold nobody was there so we waited......and waited....and did some more waiting until he finally arrived. We put our stuff in the trunk and he asked who was going first and Katie volunteered me to go first it was pitch black and -5 degrees and I was extremely nervous and then he broke the news that I was going to be driving on the roads and that spiked my breathing and heart rate.
I made it driving from the elementary school to the church behind my high school. On the way almost hitting a truck (didn't check my blind spot) and two dogs ran out in front of me and luckily I was paying more attention that time and was able to stop. Then he made me go forward and backwards through cones and then park....yes this all went over okay and then it was Katie's turn and Kendal's. I personally think it is more scary to be in the back of the car when two inexperienced drivers who have never driven are driving because you have no idea how this is going to work out so it was a lot more scarier but other then that I absolutely Love driving it is so much fun but scary at the same time but I'm alive this time hopefully I will live next Thursday.

Dyeing my hair!
I bleached my hair well just highlights. I'm nervous on how it turns out I have to wait 40 more minutes before I'm able to wash it out. I hope it doesn't turn into a disaster (my mom did it) haha I know scary right? I've been thinking about it for awhile now but I keep ditching out so finally I decided to just do it so we bought the stuff at Sally's and my mom dyed my hair I will post pictures if it turns out okay...if not well then you will just have to wait until I get it fixed.

Patriarchal Blessings
Today..............Well i woke up this morning and I was extremely sick puking and a stomach ache. At four today I am supposed to get my Patriarchal Blessings. So e called up Brother Matsuura and he brought somebody else with him I'm not exactly sure and the gave me a Priesthood Blessing and now I am feeling so much better. So tonight I am still planning on getting my blessing unless some new symptom comes up I sure hope not.

I have been thinking about it and I realized I know what fasting is but I'm not exactly sure how to fast. I mean I know you have to do a prayer and you give up to meals out of the day but I still don't fully get it. So if anybody can help explain I would really appreciate it.

One Step Closer
Well I will start this off by saying that school has been going great! I like almost all my teachers! My english teacher is okay but I feel like a 5 year old in her class it is so easy. I hate science I have never been good at it but my teacher does nothing but gives us notes and we go over them. I am loving my Intro to agriculture class my teacher is so amazing he is defiently my all time favorite teacher!! High School is so amazing I love having open campus lunch!
It snowed today....it was absolutly horrible the weather dropped 40 degrees during the night it was freezing this morning good thing it is the last day I have to go to school I hate cold and wet especcially in the mornings! This weekend is a four day weekend! It is also General Confrence and I get a chance to go to Salt Lake and see it! I am bringing my all time best friend Katie and it should be a lot of fun.
Last but defiently not least my dad is getting the priesthood tonight (i'm not sure how to spell it sorry) It should be really interesting I am so thankful to have such an awesome Bishop who is finally taking some steps to get my family and I to the temple thanks everyone for supporting me.

Catching Up (again)
I know almost all of my post say that I'm catching up haha I have been soo busy lately.
Camping (a short summary maybe)
I went to 4-h camp for two days. I was a camp counselor there it was so much fun all of the little kids were fun to hang around! I saw some of them two days ago at Ross Park and they were all excited to see me it was awesome! We did a lot of fun things like archery which I'm pretty good at and shooting which I stink at couldn't even hit the target, we also did 4-H projects.
AFY that was a great experience I made tons of new friends it was very spiritual and lots of fun is was a great balance. We did white water rafting and a ropes course that was so much fun scary but lots of fun we also did baptisms which is my all time fave thing to do in the world and I get to do it next weak yay! I wish I could go back in time and do it all over again I'm planning on doing it next year and Ashtyn one of the friends I made who lives in California is planning on comeing too so were going to txt each other around sign ups so we can go and see each other again!
Girls Camp
Are ward became so much closer this year! We have the biggest ward in our stake with 18 young women and that's just who went to camp not counting the three who were youth leaders, but I also think we are the closest girls camp was a lot of fun too it's nothing like AFY but it still is nice to go and be with your friends. Next year is the trek so i won't be able to go my 4th year so next time i go i will be a youth leader and 16!
I have been doing tons of sleepovers and hanging out with my friends, I just saw harry potter 6 and absolutely loved it!!!!! I also went to Ross Park with my friend and had lots of fun.
My summer is starting to slow down now which I am so happy for I hate being this busy all of the time I'm glad that I finally can stay home for awhile......well i do have a sleepover at my friends house tomorrow, Today's her b-day but I think I'll be done for awhile.

Easter and High School
Easter Bunny!
I got a twilight bag that I absolutely love and that I bring everywhere. I also got a coloring book and crayons and crayons because I love to color. Then I got candy and Flarp Puddy and a Frisbee and a lot of other things that I don't feel like typing because I'm tired. I went to Grandma Zoey's house and had an Easter dinner there on Saturday witch was good Lyle was there too. Then on Sunday I went to my Grandma and Grandpas Olson's house and had dinner there with pretty much everyone. We had ham both nights and potato's witch were delicious at both places.
High School
So last week I went to the High School orientation and this was the first time they had done anything like it. There are 4 levels one level for each year even though are classes are spread out between the levels.I figure this is how it goes the very bottom level is Junior then 2 level is Senior the 3 level is Sophomores and the 4th level is Freshmen but the main hall is Seniors. So all I saw was the freshmen hall witch was nice to see I wish I would have seen more. Then we went to the auditorium and we listened to all of the teachers talk about there department. Then we went to the new gym and looked at all of the booths set up we talked to the guy about agriculture even though I don't want to take Intro to Agriculture but it's a prerequisite to greenhouse and that is a prerequisite to Landscape Design witch I really want to take. But I pretty much have everything picked out.

So Katie set up an appointment to go talk to the school counselor about taking some online courses I went with her and the person told about how are school does idla.blackboard.com there online courses that you can take this summer and were thinking about taking photography together it's a 9 week course and will get me a credit before I even go to the high school so we can have more credits the counselor told us haw the teachers are all over Idaho and you do everything over the computer. I think it would be really nice to do some of the courses so I can be ahead and already have a credit witch we'll be really nice. So I'll probably do it this summer.

School
Tomorrow sign up for high school. I am happy to be out of middle school and sad too because I'll miss it. Almost all my friends will go with me to high school. I have some 7Th grade friends that I really like but there 7's "ha" have to endure another year in that windowless school. Anyways I'm so excited and nervous but it will be fun plus Katie's in my 5Th hour so we can learn about it together. I can't wait to become a Bronco though I have been waiting since 5Th grade and I am also excited about seminary too.

Spring Break!
Spring break is almost over and I am so sad I love sleeping in. Well all week I have seen Katie everyday but yesterday. On Friday we had a sleepover on Saturday we saw each other on Sunday we had a sleepover. On Monday we had a sleepover. On Tuesday we went to the mall. On Wednesday we didn't see each other and I went to the library and got tons of books I also bought Fablehaven at the mall. Then last night she had a sleepover at her cousins house. We probably won't see each other today. Anyways I went to the mall allot this week Monday I went to Pocatello's mall and on Tuesday I went to both Idaho Fall's mall and Pocotello's mall so lot's of shopping. Tomorrow is Katie's B-day party she turned 14 on Tuesday are theme is Twilight my friends Christy and Miraya we'll be there i'm excited!

Twilight
After school I went to my friends house and she had a spring break party then I went to Wal-mart to see if there was a line for the midnight twilight release there wasn't and it was only like 10:00 so then Katie and I went to her house couse I was having a sleepover there. Then we had some pizza and left at about 12:30 a line started to form. By about midnight there was at least 100 people there and they had it over by the twilight stuff and we were trying to figure out how they were going to get it up there. Katie and I were one of the first people in line and Donna (Katie's mom) was going to meet us by the cash register then they announced that the twilight movies were over by cash register ten. So everyone bursts into either a run or a quick walk once again me and Katie were near the front. At about 12:05 they cut the plastic and everyone swarmed around the cart Katie got the last 2 disk CD on the side. Then we went back to her mom and ended up being the first person to check out and being the first people to walk out of Wal-mart with the copy so Katie's mom thinks were one of the first people to own twilight in Blackfoot so it was awesome. Then we went home and ended up falling asleep and we watched it in the morning because we were exhausted. Then we hung out and then i came home and watched it on my big screen witch was awesome.

Choir
Singing,
Wow what a day it has been. Right when I got to school we warmed up then boarded the buses we rode to Centry High School. There we split into two groups, the first group went with are choir teacher Mrs. Hawker. This group included my friends so i wasn't able to watch them sing. The second group went into the choir room to be accompanied by Mrs. Meakum (sorry I'm not sure how to spell her name). Then we waited until Franklin (I think) got there and when they did we had to bring in more chairs which meant we were behind schedule. Then the solos began I was lucky and didn't have to be the first one I was the 6Th one up there though. The lady had told us to prepare for high notes ahead of time and to pretend that we had a belt of noses earlier before my solo. So back to when I got up there I waited and then did my introduction I then sang my solo and she told me that I needed to keep the pitch. Then after my solo I ran to try to catch mickell but since they were ahead of us I had missed her solo she had been doing it the same time I had. So then I stayed in there waiting until are whole choir went up there to do are group piece. We did really good this time I had a different judge since we sang in the auditorium. He told us that we needed to dance around a little. Then he told us not to dance around like this and he did a "disco" move which made us laugh it was so funny. Then we went and had lunch oh it was so good. I had a subway sandwich two milks because they came with the sand witch and mite as well get both. Then for dessert I had two chocolate chip cookies and frozen yogurt. Then we boarded the buses and on the way back we all laughed and sang different and weird songs witch was really fun. Then she announced that no one got less hen an excellent and that there was 28 superiors an 13 excellents and that all three group songs Men ,Women's, Bel Cantos all got superiors then she passed out are papers and I got a Superior I am really really happy right now. But they had added my neighbors up wrong so she should have had a superior so that changed it to 29 superiors and 12 excellents, and mickell's paper is gone Mrs. Hawker will have to call to figure out her score because she didn't have her paper so we'll find out tomorrow what she got.

Willows,Fireside ,Choir
Choir, Choir,Choir..........
Tomorrow I have a Solo Assemble were all of us get up and sing one song all by are selves. I'm singing "Kum Ba Ya" arranged by Simms. I am so nervous because were going to be singing in front of judges. Oh...................................sigh*. I don't want to do it but I do want to do it. We have been practicing infront of the class for a couple of weeks. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nervous. I have the song memorized and I'm not sick so I'll have to sing. I am singing at 9:59 ya I know couldn't they have put 10:00? I'll be gone until 6th hour tomorrow joy just enough time to go to P.E. I really don't want to do it but I'm going to. I have been working to hard. Anyways were also singing a song called Zing-A-Za. No offense to are choir or anything but we suck at that song. WE don't know the words very well and we can't get are dynamics right and we keep messing up. She is still having us sing it can you believe that. But whatever, choir is kinda of confusing. We have so many songs and she keeps adding them and we don't even practice most of them and some of them we aren't even going to use for along time we might not even use them. But I love choir and singing I just hate most of the songs. The only reason I didn't quit choir was because I made a commitment to my "choir family" and I am going to keep it. Anyways I'll tell you how it went tomorrow.
Fireside.
We had a really awesome fireside it was tri-stake. The guy who talked to us was blind because he was hit by car and then rammed into another car and got hit again by a drunk driver who had passed out. He told us a story about when he was in the hospital and that he was very mischievous when he said that he had an evil grin on that made us all laugh, he had taken a mask out of a cabinet and told his wife to put it on him. He tolled his wife to go and tell tell the nurse that he didn't look so good and then he told us that the mask was the ugliest thing ever and that it was uglier then our bishops face that made us all laugh again. Then when the nurse came in he had the mask on and sheets over his face and when the nurse had pulled down the sheet he said you should have heard her scream. Then he had this girl go up there and this other guy come and stand on his left. He had his wife give them 2 cups and then he asked if they trusted her while he said that he nodded his head up and down. Then he asked if they trusted him and while he said that he shook his head back and fourth vigorously. Then he had them take a drink of the liquid. It was water and he said have something engraved on the side of the cup and that he wanted to read them so the girl went over to the microphone and said
Thomas S. Monson and some date then he tolled the guy to go up there and read what his cup said. He said umm... Some other name and a date that i can't remember oops any ways then the guy Edd was his name went on to say sister whoever her name was you just drank out of Thomas S. Monsons cup you should have seen the look on her face it was so awesome to watch I swear her eyeballs were going to pop out of her head and then he said brother bean you just drank out of so and so's cup I wish I could remember his name I think it started with a W but anyways he said that we will collect a lot of souvenirs throughout your life. It was so cool that he kept the cups and stuff it was kind of cool just to be in the same room as the cups I know that sounds re-tart-ed but whatever. Anyways the whole lesson was so awesome and it was really cool yo listen to and you couldn't tell he was blind because he looked around allot.

All of the young women went to the willows and some of the young men to serve the sacrament. We had sacrament meeting twice Sunday which was interesting once with the Ward and ounce with the willows. The willow people were so nice and the young women sang Walk Tall Your a Daughter of God. Or something like that and it was allot of fun to listen to all of the people compliment us.
I had such a busy schedule last Sunday I went to church witch ended at 12:30 then at 1:30 I went to the willows then at 7:00 I went to the fireside. When I got home I feel asleep within minutes of falling asleep.

Time
Wow has the time flew by let me pick you up starting with two weeks ago at mutual.
We went to the Vienna Boys choir they were so awesome and a once in a lifetime experience.
Then on Wednesday I served and won a game for are volleyball team even though volleyball is over we are still practicing.
That was the funnest week.
Then last week I didn't do anything that exciting.
This week was boring except that my shower is almost done and I am so happy that I can shower in the mornings without waking up the whole family.
I am not looking forward to daylight savings because I can barely wake up at 7:00 and if were setting are clocks back I have to wake up at 6:00 haha that's a joke. So ya I don't know how I am going to be able to go to bed.
Tonight Tymber and are neighbor are having a sleepover but she'll probably tel you more about that well anyways I'll try to remember to update more often. Oh and yes I know this was probably really weird to read since I changed subjects so much sorry. Tonight Tymber and are neighbor are having a sleepover but she'll probably tel you more about that well anyways I'll try to remember to update more often. Oh and yes I know this was probably really weird to read since I changed subjects so much sorry. Oh one more thing for choir we have been working on our solos for the solo assemble and it is coming up this Tuesday so I am nervous to sing in front of judges I'll tell you about it on Tuesday.

voleyball
I love volleyball!
I play church volleyball every Wednesday. Are team is kind of bad we haven't won any games this season. Yesterday we Won! It was all because of Elizabeth. She never can serve but she served over and over again and got us like 10 points! Then the second game we last but the third game we won because of Mickell it was 14 to 14 and we were only playing to 15 and we were serving Elizabeth had the ball and so far the haven't been able to hit the ball back but this time they did and Mickell hit it back and it landed 3cm away from the boundary line how awesome is that!!!!!!!! Next week is the tournament and we might have a chance! Wow it was an awesome night.

Fire
Fire.......... here I go telling the story again
So at 4:30 yesterday morning I smelled a horrible smell and i turned around and my lamp was laying on it's side so i picked it up and immediately turned it off because the whole side of it melted on to my pillow. I didn't realize how bad my pillow had been burnt but all of the melted plastic was on my pillow and I realized that it was the corner I always fell asleep on and if i hadn't rolled over the plastic would have melted on my face so I was very lucky that I do not stay in one spot when I sleep. i realized that my whole bedroom smelt like melted plastic....ewww.... so I immediately opened my window grabbed a book and then waled out of my room whale shutting the door i had also put my favorite pillow in front of the window to cool it off. Then i read until about 6:00 unable to handle the way i smelled for another second i went and told my mom that my lamp had fallen over and burnt my finger and i smelled like smoke. She was out of it. She just mumbled some words i think she said okay I'm not sure. I am sure that as soon as I left she was asleep. My finger was on fire when i got into the shower it burned so I ended up sticking one hand out of the shower and trying to wash my hair and body with one hand it was not easy. So that's what happened I'm alive nothing hurts and nobody worry about my finger it doesn't hurt anymore.

Baptisms
I had so much fun at the baptisms even though i couldn't do everything i still got that wonderful feeling when I walked in. It was weird not baptising the people just confirming them but i still did temple work. It is my all time favorite thing going to the temple to do work for the lord! I love the feeling of knowing that you have given other people a chance. The feeling is indescribable.
Now I found out that if I turn Mitch in he will go to jail and I'm not sure if i want to to send him to jail. He might not even benefit from going to jail. i need more opinions to send him to jail or to not. If I do I will talk to our schools officer. If not i will just talk to the counselor. So I Need opinions.

Schedule Change
Today I had another dentist appointment to get ceilings. Oh the Joy! Anyways I got checked out of school earlier during p.e so I didn't have to dress down today. It was weird standing in the gym watching everybody run for three minutes and then doing basketball. I need your opinion so there is this guy at school that i absolutely hate. now i usually don't hate anybody but thins guy is the biggest meanie out there. His lockers by me and he is always making fun of me and making ruse comments and swearing and he is always telling teachers on Katie and I when we never did anything he's always like Tell them to move there locker and I'm all like I can't it's built into the wall if you want to try be my guest. Whenever Carlton is around he is not even mean he is polite but when Mitch comes he and the rest of the football team with Mitch are big jerks. So I want to get out of his 6Th hour and this is what i would have to do.

Superbowl
The Steelers won!!!! Wow it was a close game in the 4Th quarter it was crazy but the pulled through! So during the commercial breaks I counted how many Budweiser commercials there were I counted 20 but I wasn't there the whole time so I'm sure I missed some but almost every break had 2. I think that is so sad that there was that many commercials on bear. People need to remember that there is more important things out there. Anyways I am so happy the Steelers won!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone seen it? It was either Inkheart or taken and I am NOT seeing taken.
Anyways i got 100% on singing and on guitar for Dani California on Rock Band.

Dentist
I went to the dentist today! I have no cavities! I have never had a cavity and i am really happy that i still have a cavity free mouth. Man life has been good for me! Anyways David Archuleta one of my favorite singer in coming to Idaho Falls! WOOHOO! I am going to get tickets that are only 20$ each yea! The concert is going to be march 20 and I am looking forward to it! I can't believe he is coming so close to my home! usually they only go to Boise if they come to Idaho. I am really happy. I just found out that my friend Christy got tickets to go to wicked they got like in the 5th row no fair! I wanted to go see that really badly but I'm glad Christy got the tickets.

Our lesson was very interesting at church today. We learned about the Holy Ghost.
Worthiness
1. Repent of sins.
2.Go to church.
3.Obey the Commandments
4. Pray for the Holy Ghosts companionship.
5. Ask for Faith.
6.Forsake the world.
7.Live true on the covenant to baptism.
8. Be teachable
9. Do Service.
10.Have love.
These are all things we have to do to have and to keep the Holy Ghost in our lives.
Blessings
1.Teaches and brings all things to our remembrance.
2.Shows us things to come.
3.Teaches the truth.
4.Bears record of the father and the son.
5.A comforter.
6. Reveals thing to our hearts and to are minds.

He prayed to heavenly father and told him that he would follow his word from now on.
That night he had a feeling to go to the store so he started to go and he thought that it was stupid so he started to turn his car around but then the feeling got stronger so he went to the store and bought milk then on his way home he had a feeling that he needed to turn on a road
he went and the had another feeling to stop at this house he had never been to. Then when he went and knocked on the door and a man answered the door and he handed the man the milk. the man at the door had needed the milk for there baby that they had no food for. He had just prayed and asked for help.
I think this story shows the power of faith and of prayer.

Winter
Wow, has it been an amazing day. Last night it snowed (oh joy)! so i got up this morning at 5:30 to do some reading because that is the only time when the whole house is quiet (other then late at night) any ways when my alarm clock finally rang I got up and got ready but the radio said that Idaho Falls had gotten 4 inches of snow overnight so sure enough I look outside and there is snow. So I get on the bus and when i got to school I was walking the next thing i know i don't even think a whole second had passed but I was laying on my back because I had slipped on the patch of ice luckily there was 4 inches of snow to break my fall. The next thing i knew people were sliding and falling all over! Then after 5Th hour Katie and Cristy were there were always the last ones out of that class but anyways my science teacher Mr.Hanson tends to call me the wrong name Miranda and every time he says my name wrong i get a jolly rancher so I started joke around telling Mr.Hanson that he should give me a front of the line pass since I was going to lunch and sure enough he walked over to the desk and pulled out a front of the line pass then I started joking more and said you should give my friends one to and he did so my friends and I got to go to the front of the line. Then after I got home and did some chores I went to a play with Katie all of my friends were in it Miraya was the queen Mariana was the princess who was afraid of everything and is the "cute" one and Christy was the court jester who told the most dimmest jokes you have ever heard but the way she said them made them hilarious. At the end the evil sister of the queen tried to get her to drink some "fruit" juice but Christy saved the day by taking the cup away her words were " I have good news and bad news the bad news is your sister just tried to poison you so she could take the throne for herself the good news is I just saved 15% on my Geyko insurance. she is hilarious and always gets the funny parts in all of the plays she is in. This was all directed by are brilliant and spectacular drama teacher Mrs. Hodge (her husband was the pharmacist at Albertsons the one my mom loves)!!!!! Anyways it has been an awesome day other then the three talks i got and one comment my mom got (cough* cough* Sondra) on my library fees I got one from my mom one from my dad and one from are principle and i paid them off I didn't even deserve the one from the principle it wasn't just me though he called down like 30 other people too so it wasn't like he was talking directly to me but I had paid them off that morning. THANK YOU for all the lectures.

Clean-Up and Boondoggle
So my grandma has been staying at my house for the last week cleaning and organizing it. My Semester finals are also this week in All of my classes. The house looks nice it is weird to have a nice clean home for a change. It's ......... differnt.
Katie and I just did our second week of boondoggle. If you don't know what it is then go to http://www.boondoggleman.com/ and it will tell you about it.We taught them the circle it was pretty easy for most of them but this week we had to actually teach them. We had some really good snacks. They were ghram crackers with frosting on them yumm.
For mutual last night we made jewlery this was my first miamaid mutual as just miamaids (the last 2 were combined) and it was really differnt. The beehives are all loud. There is only 4 miamaids but last night there was only 3 their so it was really quiet.I learned how to make earings. I made 4 pairs. I think I am going to make it a new hobbie of mine.

4-H
So for 4-H my best friend Katie and I are teaching a
class on how to do boondoggle today was our first day
it was fun but hard because it is not easy to do or teach boondoggle
most of them already knew how though so it was not that hard
luckily I think next week will be harder to teach this week we did something easy . I also found out that I am doing Wicked for school at choir you
might notice that the song Popular is on my playlist. I might try out
for a solo at the begining part! I'm not sure though.
Anyways going back to school stinks but it was nice to see all of my
teachers and friends! I wore my new Twighlight shirt and got tons of compliments on it
that was awesome. We are doing a role play in my American History class
that should be fun! I am going to be a 21 year old girl who is an indentured
servent and is going to the war I might be disguised as a man. We are going to write
journal entries and everything! There will be differnt conflicts for
our characters that we will have to role a dice for
and from there depending on the situation and in how many points are in each character
trait will depend if we die or live. I am excited to be someone else my name
is going to be Katie but I need a last name any ideas? I am nervouse about the role play becausen I hate talking in front of other people and there are only six girls in our class including me. There is like tons of guys in that class we have done a trial on Columbus before and I
was against him but our side lost. I had been one of the witnesses and I completely messed up because of my nerves. Anyways life is great for me and comment if you have any last name ideas please.

Pine Basin
Life has finally slowed down enough so that I can update my blog. So heres what has been going on the past two weeks. I went up the day after Christmas with my Aunt Caralyn to Pine Basin!
We had so much fun! There was a huge hill that we had all to our selves and we got to ride the snow machines and sled and snowboard! This was my first year being able to drive the snow machines and it was so much fun! They brought up there wii that they got for Christmas so I got to play it! I pretty much just chilled the whole time I was up there with one of my fave cousins ever Kylee!
